A chance meeting

So the other half of the Dyneuxmite crew is on vacation (not that he’s earned it) in Maui with his in-laws. Party at his place later, details to follow. He called me last night to tell me he went shopping at Costco. (Across the world and he visits Costco. BORING.) And as he was headed into the store, out comes one of our buddies, the guy who wrote most of the songs on the Coloured Mourning CD (anybody remember that?). Turns out the buddy is on vacation in Maui with HIS in-laws, and they meet up in a Costco parking lot. What are the chances?

the best part of that story is that in my head, the Maui Costco has 10-gallon jars of macadamia nuts, pallets of tiki torches, and that’s about it.
